ACAI BOWL OF GOODNESS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 grams (1 pack) Acai 100% puree, Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • Granola, 1/4 Cup
  • Fresh fruit (2 sliced strawberries)
  • Chia Seeds, 2 TBSP
  • Coconut Flakes, 10 grams
  • Teaspoon honey

METHOD:

  • Blend Acai, Frozen Berries and frozen banana with a handful of ice cubes and just enough water to get the mixture blending. Depending on the strength of your blender the amount of water may vary
  • Top bowel with your choice of fruits. Whatever is in season
