OATS IN A JAR

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30g Oats
  • 100g Plain 0% greek yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pepitas
  • 1 Tbsp Chia
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 50ml Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1/2 Pink Lady Apple

METHOD:

  • Start by grating apple. Make sure to keep the juice and pieces to add extra flavour.
  • Add all ingredients to a Jar, mix well Β and place in the fridge overnight.

  • Calories: 345kcal
  • Carbohydrates: 47g
  • Fat: 10g
  • Protein 19g

The best thing about these jars is that you can change the fruit to whatever is in season, or whatever it is you feel like having and they stay absolutely delicious! Currently we are loving frozen mango pieces, blueberries and banana in our jars. There should be no reason why you skip breakfast.
